KNOWLEDGE OF:

• Knowledge of accounting / financial management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of the methods of data collection and analysis.
• Knowledge of State of Florida fiscal procedures and statutes.
• Knowledge of contracts and agreements.

SKILL IN:

• Skill in the use of software, databases, and digital tools used to manage budgets, analyze data, and maintain the financial health of the Division.
• Skill in financial analysis, budget tracking, and reporting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 5 years of verifiable related experience in accounting, financial management, and contract management. Post-secondary degrees may be used as an alternative for the preferred years of experience on a year-for-year basis. A credential evaluation report from an approved agency must be submitted along with all foreign degrees.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Florida Certified Contract Manager.
