Raytheon is seeking a Government Property Administrator, who will contribute to a fast-paced innovative team with responsibility to ensure Government, Customer, and Raytheon owned property is efficiently managed and in compliance with Raytheon business processes, contract requirements, and regulations. The role will administer and/or maintain aspects of the Property Management System including support property lifecycle (i.e., acquisition, receiving, identification, utilization, maintenance, inventory, relief of stewardship, or contract closure). This position requires working on assignments as a member of our property team to perform and support research, audits, analysis, and system transactions by creating, reviewing, approving, and correcting property records, reports, and systems. What You Will Do Update property databases as property items transition between customer locations Assure compliance with contract requirements, regulations, and internal policies and procedures for managing customer property Transactional activity and reporting for designated programs. Routinely assess procedures and provide suggestions for streamlining processes Interface with site leadership and functional personnel to ensure compliance with established processes and procedures Support internal and third-party audits and drive corrective actions identified from those activities Generate, provide, and present property reporting information and metrics Conduct physical inventory activities of customer property, including records reconciliation and reporting Perform property closeout activities including any disposition actions and/or loss of customer property reports for assigned programs Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum two (2) years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field. Experience with either Government Property, Logistics, or Supply Chain. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
