Its subsidiary, Longbridge Securities (Hong Kong) Limited (CE No.: BPX066), holds Type 1, 2, 4, and 9 licenses issued by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) Responsibilities * Track regulatory developments from the SFC, HKMA, FSTB, and HKEX, covering brokerage, asset management, and fintech sectors * Assist in analyzing the impact of new regulations, participate in drafting responses to consultation papers, attend industry seminars, and record key points * Assist in maintaining daily communication channels with regulatory authorities * Handle data collection and initial drafting of responses to regulatory inquiries * Coordinate with internal compliance, legal, and business teams on the internal implementation of new regulations and preparation of related materials * Assist in liaising with the Mainland GR team and organize policy differences between the two regions * Participate in preparing materials for cross-border inspections, monitor developments in cross-border financial policies, and provide basic information support to business departments. * Assist in monitoring regulatory-related public sentiment and collect industry cases * Participate in pre-compliance assessments for new business projects and help organize risk reminder memos from a regulatory perspective * Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Law, Public Policy, or related disciplines * Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience; candidates with compliance/legal experience in financial institutions, Big Four accounting firms, law firms, or internship experience at SFC/HKMA are preferred * Familiar with Hong Kong’s regulatory framework, understand the fundamentals of cross-border finance, and possess strong policy sensitivity * Excellent information integration and analytical skills; able to independently draft analysis reports with proven experience in assisting with regulatory matters * Detail-oriented communicator with strong execution ability and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) * Candidate will less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
