WORK VISA ISSUANCE, SPONSORSHIP TRANSFERS, AND EXIT/RE-ENTRY VISAS

.

  • Ensure timely medical insurance enrollment, GOSI registration, and other regulatory compliance actions for employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employees’ government documents and ensure no expirations occur.
  • Reconcile and document emplyees related government expenses (e.g., visa fees, iqama fees).
  • Liaise with ministries and labor authorities for employee-related issues and compliance matters.
  • Monitor changes in Saudi labor and residency laws and update accordingly.
  • Represent the company in Jawazat (passport office), Chamber of Commerce, and other official bodies as required.
  • Ensure proper utilization and tracking of services through Mudad and Qiwa for Saudization and wage protection compliance.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES:

  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, GOSI, residency regulations, and Saudization programs
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive employee data with confidentiality
  • Familiarity with HR systems and government platforms
  • Native Arabic speaker
  • English communication is a plus (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in a government relations role focused on HR and employee affairs
Responsibilities

PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION:

To support HR team by managing all government-related processes specific to employee affairs. The Government Relations Officer is responsible for handling all labor and residency matters through official Saudi portals, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and timely execution of employee-related government transactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage all

employee-related government processes through platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Absher, and MOL.

  • Process and monitor all Iqama-related actions: issuance, renewal, transfer, cancellation, and profession updates.
