We are looking for a dedicated Government Relations Officer to establish and maintain productive relationships between our organization and government entities.
The Government Relations Officer will be responsible for influencing legislative and regulatory actions, assisting with formulating company policies, and improving our organization’s public image.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Perform all UAE related government transactions (MOHRE, ICP/ Police Station, Airport, Embassies, Municipality, Courts, and Economic Dept etc.) On time in order to achieve legal and financially sound status of all employees and all companies under REYADAH/related companies & Minimize penalties & complication issues by verifying all submitted documents to government authorities and perform consistent follow – ups with all concern parties in order to have smooth process.
  • Collect and provide periodical updates from the government authorities (MOHRE, ICP , Police Station, Airport, Municipality, Economic Dept and Embassies etc) on all rules to keep updated UAE labor law Section of the changes in the rules and procedures.
  • Conduct daily and periodic reconciliation of transactions’ fees with the related party
  • Process rentals, payment of utilities/maintenance, tenancy contract registration related licenses and governmental transactions– Under the direct supervision and management of Al REYADAH.
  • Cover the full responsibilities of other Admin Officer employee in when necessary.
  • Attend all emergency cases related to business unit and ensures all issues solve on time.
  • Process Trade & Professional Licenses: new registration / Renewal / Cancellation / Modifications / Freezing – Under the direct supervision and management of Group Legal Division
  • Process Bounced CHQ & Register criminal cases in police stations – Under the direct supervision and management of Group Legal Division
  • Performing the daily Mailing activities’ services (In/Out)
  • General jobs relation to REYADAH reception.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Secondary School education.
  • Must possess a valid UAE driver’s license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer in government sectors.
  • Fluent in English /Arabic speaking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly skills in corresponding and communication.
