Description
Location: KSA. Years of Experience: 2+ years. Working Arrangement: on-site. Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken). Nationalities: Saudi nationals. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Government Relations Officer (GRO) to manage all government-related transactions and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling visa processes, labor-related procedures, and interactions with government portals and authorities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all official documentation. Key Responsibilities Process and manage all visa-related activities, including issuance, renewal, transfer, cancellation, and exit/re-entry visas. Handle work permit and residency (Iqama) procedures in compliance with Saudi regulations. Manage transactions through government platforms, including Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher Business, and other relevant portals. Liaise with government entities such as the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat), and other regulatory authorities. Ensure compliance with labor laws, immigration regulations, and company policies. Prepare, submit, and track government applications and official documentation. Monitor visa, Iqama, and work permit expiry dates and ensure timely renewals. Maintain accurate records of all government-related transactions and employee documentation. Coordinate with internal departments to support onboarding, offboarding, and employee government-related requirements. Stay up to date with changes in Saudi labor laws and government regulations. Qualifications & Experience Saudi National (mandatory). Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Government Relations (GRO) within Saudi Arabia. Hands-on experience using Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher Business, and other government platforms. Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, visa regulations, and government procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Problem-solving and analytical skills. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
