We’re looking for an inspiring and forward-thinking GP Clinical Director to join our Sussex-based Primary Care team, covering our Brighton and Herstmonceux sites.
As a GP Clinical Director, you’ll provide dynamic leadership to our multi-professional teams, supporting service development and clinical excellence. Your focus will be on creating a collaborative, patient-centred culture and driving innovation that enhances health outcomes across our communities.
You’ll work closely with practice teams, salaried GPs, and divisional leadership to deliver safe, high-quality care and ensure our services remain CQC-compliant, financially sustainable, and aligned with IC24’s values and strategic vision.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Providing visible, proactive clinical leadership across multiple sites
• Leading on the development of local services that meet population needs
• Driving quality improvement and workforce development
• Supporting the delivery of QOF, DES, and LCS targets
• Overseeing the appraisal and performance of salaried GPs
• Championing digital innovation and improved patient access
• Ensuring compliance with clinical governance, patient safety, and audit standards
• Working closely with PCNs, ICBs, and wider system partners to enable integrated care
