We are looking for a professional and courteous Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Our Receptionist will be the face of our company, so we are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and can handle a variety of tasks with ease.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
  • Maintain accurate records of all visitors, calls, and mail.
  • Provide administrative support to staff members as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
