DEPARTMENT: GROUP PROPERTY Division: Property Management Services Section: Investment Property Management Location: Pretoria Central   Reference number GPDD061-2026   Position SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER   To be advertised Internal External   This position seeks to attract African female African male Coloured female Coloured male Indian female Indian male White female White male Person with disability All categories   Job level T11   Scale R414 972,00 – R576 336,00 per annum   Estimated remuneration package R560 116,00 – R726 401,00 per annum   Job purpose To provide effective and efficient administrative support services, as well as overall oversight on transversal management with the other sections on property asset projects and facilitated programmes in Group Property   Appointment requirements Grade 12 At least two years’ relevant working experience in property and project management, preferably in a real estate environment A valid Code B driving licence Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project)   Personal attributes and/or competencies Ability to pay attention to detail; planning and organising skills; ability to use technology; communication skills; cognitive ability   Primary functions Oversee any actions required of Council-approved items before further processing Process the transfer of Council-approved items to the relevant sections Facilitate land preparation projects that stand to harness revenue opportunities through the appointment of service providers through supply chain management processes Ensure thorough data capturing, checking accuracy and assessing existing Council resolutions for better accountability and improved intelligence and planning so as to assist the section to formulate alternative streams Coordinate overall reporting for the section through in-depth application as required Conduct capital and operational budget oversight management (administration and advice) Conduct financial record-keeping and reporting Verify contract information on SAP    SAP S70073206*
