Job Description What you’ll do We are currently looking for casual General Purpose Hands (GPH), working across a 7 day per week roster, where you will be responsible for a high level of interaction with maritime customers. As the face of the company, this opportunity will be responsible for assisting with vessel operations while providing a customer service to the passengers on board. This is a hands-on position, assisting passengers, fulfilling GPH and cleaning duties. Your key responsibilities will be to: Work under the direction of the Master to maintain a safe and compliant marine operation. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures Safe deck line and boarding hardware handling Cleaning of passenger cabin and deck areas in a safe and efficient manner Watch keeping duties as instructed by the Master Passenger ticket validation, passenger assistance and maintain good passenger relations Safety and satisfaction of passengers on board Delivery of on-board kiosk beverage sales compliant with Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines.
