Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$68,000.00 - $104,000.00

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educatio

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of project management experience, additional implementation experience, or a combination of both
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Electronic Commerce Services (ECS) products and implementations
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

Wells Fargo is seeking a Payables Change Implementation Consultant to join the Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) team.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the Single Point of Coordination for the customer
  • Apply project management methodology to facilitate complex implementations, establishing timelines, and tracking ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery
  • Develop business requirements
  • Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations on product best fit
  • Create/manage project plans
  • Work with key partners on project priority and scope
  • Coordinate appropriate meetings
  • Communicate status to project team and the customer
  • Proactively identify and resolve problems/issues
  • Ensure that project tasks are completed according to established timelines
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, and compliance
  • Collaborate and consult with partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings while meeting customer’s needs.
  • Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activities
