Join the GPS Associate Programme, a structured two-year development journey designed for ambitious early-career professionals aiming to build a career in private banking. As part of the Strategy and Business Development team in Zurich, you will embark on a dynamic 18-24 month programme combining rotational assignments, intensive training, mentorship and project and task responsibilities. Through hands-on experience and continuous learning, you will develop the skills, network, and business acumen necessary to transition into a permanent role as a Strategy Associate within GPS upon successful completion. YOUR CHALLENGE During the programme, you will rotate through 2-3 teams within GPS. You will have the opportunity to work directly with a variety of experts. Your challenge: Support the development and delivery of high-quality strategy papers, market analyses, and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders across GPS Synthesise complex data sets and qualitative insights into clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations Contribute actively to strategic initiatives, including organisational transformations, business expansion plans, and operational improvements Independently own and drive smaller-scale strategic projects from conception to execution, demonstrating accountability and problem-solving ambitions Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and build consensus around strategic proposals YOUR PROFILE Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably with Markets, Trading experience (including internships) Engaging personality with the ability and potential to interact confidently with stakeholders Demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit – proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, capable of processing complex information quickly Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Service-oriented mindset with a dedication to excellence Systematic, precise, and resilient working style – able to deliver quality results under tight deadlines Fluency in German and English, additional languages are an advantage Eligibility to work in the country of application throughout the duration of the programme We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
