Job Details Job Location: IEA Constructor - Duffy Bess - Markham, TX 77456 Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Day Job Purpose: - The GPS Finish Dozer Operator role at 3B DOZER SERVICE LLC combines traditional machine operation with modern GPS Topcon technology to achieve precise fine grading, slope finishing, and earthmoving according to exact site specifications. This position is crucial in delivering high-quality results with minimal re-work, ensuring project efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Operate bulldozers equipped with GPS Topcon technology to perform precise fine grading, slope finishing, and earthmoving tasks. - Perform final shaping and dressing of slopes, ditches, and roadbeds to within fractions of an inch, ensuring accuracy and quality. - Configure, calibrate, and monitor on-board GPS Topcon systems to follow digital site plans accurately. - Conduct daily safety checks, fueling, greasing, and preventive maintenance on the dozer to ensure optimal performance and safety. - Read and follow digital terrain models, blueprints, and grade stakes to execute accurate cuts and fills. - Visualize the finished project and manage material movement efficiently based on GPS data. - Work effectively in varied weather conditions and maintain the physical ability to lift up to 50lbs.
