In this dynamic position, you’ll take ownership of identifying, assessing, and managing risks across the organisation, playing a central role in delivering high-priority, global regulatory initiatives. With a strong focus on project leadership, you’ll develop and drive risk mitigation strategies, navigate complex change programmes, and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across geographies, ensuring we stay ahead in an evolving landscape. YOUR CHALLENGE Conduct risk assessments and analyses Develop and/or implement risk management frameworks, strategies and policies Monitor and report on risk exposure, providing recommendations for mitigation Collaborate with relevant teams and leadership to ensure a cohesive approach to risk management Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices related to risk management Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes relevant to the specialization YOUR PROFILE Attention to detail and the ability to think critically Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with solid stakeholders management skills Proven track record and knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and tools Previous relevant experience within a bank, with direct exposure to industry regulations and compliance standards Experience in either financial or non-financial risk management, Compliance, Legal or Audit Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
