Job Description: GPS device installation in all sorts of vehicles Troubleshooting, device configuration, analyze root cause problem and solving Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records Investigate complaints; conduct tests; resolving problems Maintain customer confidence by keeping service information confidentially Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Automotive Technology/Electrical Technology Minimum of 6 months to 1-year relevant work experience in a similar role as GPS Installer, Car Accessories Installer or Automotive Technician in a car/ truck dealership or in an automotive service center. Required Skill(s): Automotive, Electronics, Troubleshooting, Driving, Analyzing Information, Client Relationships. Efficient with a good skill on developing good procedures With sales/ upselling experience is a plus. Must possess a valid driver's license and own motorcycle Willing to render overtime even on holidays if needed Can do fieldwork to service clients around Palawan area and other areas as needed.
