Cloud Genny is seeking a highly skilled and experienced freelance Automotive Tracker Installation Technician to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a proven track record in vehicle electronics and GPS tracker installations. You will be responsible for the precise and efficient installation of our advanced vehicle tracking systems into a variety of automobiles, ensuring optimal functionality and customer satisfaction.

• Perform professional installation of Cloud Genny vehicle tracking devices into various types of vehicles, including passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and heavy equipment, adhering to company standards and best practices.
• Conduct thorough pre-installation checks to identify any existing vehicle electrical issues or potential conflicts.
• Ensure all wiring is neatly routed, secured, and concealed to prevent damage and maintain vehicle aesthetics.
• Calibrate and test installed devices to confirm proper functionality, GPS signal acquisition, and data transmission.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation-related issues or device malfunctions on-site.
• Provide basic training to clients on the operation and features of the installed tracking system.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, including vehicle details, device serial numbers, and any issues encountered.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during installations.
• Manage personal inventory of tools and equipment required for installations.
• Communicate effectively with Cloud Genny support staff and clients.
• Represent Cloud Genny professionally and courteously at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in automotive electrical systems and the installation of GPS tracking devices, car alarms, or other vehicle electronics.
• Strong understanding of vehicle wiring diagrams and electrical circuits.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and multimeters.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Residency in Dubai or surrounding areas is preferred.
• Ability to provide your own tools and equipment necessary for installations.
• Familiarity with various vehicle makes and models.
• Prior experience with Cloud Genny or similar telematics systems is a significant advantage.
