What You'll Do 25% • Develop Government Relations strategy for CKT and GRT. • Regular direct contact with appropriate level of government departments, Think Tanks and other agencies developing proper relations according to company plans. • Consistent participates in the meeting, seminar, forum sponsored by governement with the representative of Goodyear. To provide business advice and feedback, vice versa to seek the guidance or support from government • Coordinate and facilitate meetings of company executive managers and other internal experts with senior government leaders 30% • Lead to get the supportive policy or incentives from the governmennt 1) Government subsidy at all levels 2) Certification and awards • Underline and interprete the regulatory policy, decode the implication and application to the business。 • Tracking management: filing, storage and systematization of the incoming and outgoing reports related to all levels of government agencies. 35% • Working closely with other related function teams and offering help to solve particular issues, including but not limit to: 1) project filing, capital increase, business license renew, duty exemption for import equipment. 2) solve some special problems related to alien employment permit, foreign expert certificate, residence permit and other HR issues. 3) EH&S issues/certificates 4) Development Center related matters 5) Quality issues • Responbile for liasion or trouble shooting for daily operation issues, bringing solution for each problem, managing the key internal & external stakeholders 10% • Create, roll-out, maintain CSR projects if necessary • Assist other GR project if needed Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
