We believe exceptional hospitality helps all individuals reach their full potential. JOB SUMMARY: Work for a world class kitchen operation serving baseball teams! This position will be responsible for the presentation, cleanliness, and client experience of the performance food service operation for the Texas Rangers baseball team. **Starting pay at $16/hour, based on experience** **Seasonal Full Time and Part Time Positions Available Starting January 2026** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide "Best in Class" hospitality for our high-profile client, including excellent manners and interpersonal skills Stock, clean and manage Front of House; maintain excellent communication with Executive Chef and kitchen team Manage an exceptional visual presentation and cleanliness in food service area Make Smoothies Make, package, and stock Grab and Go Stock snacks and drinks Stock plates, cutlery, condiments, packaged goods, etc. Maintain a clean and organized dining room. Create, print, and post signage/ menus for the food service areas. Sweep, mop, and scrub as needed, as well as clean floors, shelves, surfaces, equipment, etc. Check and refill all supplies that clients use daily Assist kitchen and BOH as needed, this may include prep work and dishwashing Communicate all needs through the Hospitality Manager, Executive Chef and Sous Chef Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked Cover and date food when storing it to ensure freshness and safety Ensure hot food temperatures are within safe range and record temps QUALIFICATIONS: 2 to 3 years of customer service experience Previous experience working as a team in/ with the kitchen Excellent hospitality skills, professional demeanor, and a service-first attitude Extreme attention to detail Ability to anticipate client needs and fulfill them Knowledge of kitchen equipment, safe sanitary practices, and culinary skills WORK REQUIREMENTS: Ability to pass a background check Able to commute to and from Surprise, AZ Food Handlers certification WORK SCHEDULE: Open availability Able to work non-standard work week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays KITCHFIX TOTAL REWARDS PACKAGE: Competitive wage: Starting at a range of $16-$19 per hour, based on experience Comprehensive benefit package (Full-time positions)- Medical, Dental, Vision insurance plans Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) 401(k) plan Paid time off- sick days & vacation Opportunity to have an impact on KitchFix’s growth KitchFix is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity, inclusion, and equity and creating a place of belonging.
