GRADE 1 FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR

We are seeking an experienced and professional Grade 1 Flight Instructor to join our growing team. This is a senior instructional role for someone who enjoys leading, mentoring, and developing both students and junior instructors.
About the Role

As a Grade 1 Flight Instructor, you will:

• Deliver advanced flight and ground instruction in line with CASA regulations.
• Conduct training for RPL, PPL, CPL, Multi-Engine, IFR, and other endorsements as applicable.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Grade 2 and Grade 3 instructors.
• Maintain high training standards and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training programs and student outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Grade 1 Flight Instructor Rating with relevant endorsements.
• Demonstrated experience in advanced training, including CPL and Instrument Ratings.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• CASA CPL (A) or higher licence.
• Class 1 Aviation Medical.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Pay: $40.00 – $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
