An exciting opportunity exists for a Grade 2 Outpatient Physiotherapist experienced in orthopaedic and trauma care to join the Allied Health Team at Geelong! This is a full-time fixed term position (parental leave cover) until 30 May 2026.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor or Post Graduate Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration

THIS CLINICAL ROLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Provision of Physiotherapy care in our outpatient rehabilitation service, to an orthopaedic, trauma and post-operative caseload
• Provision of Physiotherapy care within the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program
• Coordination of case conferences for various outpatient consultants
• Supervision of Grade 1 staff, Allied Health Assistants and students to support professional growth
• Active involvement in quality and research initiatives

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

• A minimum of 3 years clinical experience in a hospital setting managing an orthopaedic clinical load
• Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
