Description Position Summary: We are seeking a caring, faith-filled educator to teach students in Grades 3–5. The successful candidate will nurture academic excellence, faith development, and positive character formation within a Catholic school environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum standards for Grades 3–5 Create a supportive classroom environment grounded in Catholic values and Gospel teachings Support students’ academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth Integrate Catholic teachings into daily instruction and classroom routines Assess student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians Collaborate with colleagues, administration, and parish community Participate in school liturgies, faith activities, and professional development Maintain a safe, respectful, and nurturing learning environment Requirements Qualifications: Valid teaching certification (or eligibility for certification) Commitment to Catholic education and support of the school’s mission Strong classroom management and organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a faith-based school community Prior experience teaching elementary grades is an asset Preferred: Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church Experience integrating faith into curriculum and daily instruction Note: All employees are required to consent to a background check, commit to our Code of Conduct policy, and complete online and in-person trainings prior to hire.
