Responsibilities

As an Associate Teacher, you’ll play an integral role in supporting the learning and emotional development of students in the Primary Years Programme. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting in daily program planning and implementation
  • Collaborating with Lead Teachers to personalize and differentiate instruction for every student
  • Providing additional support to students with the guidance of our Learner Support Coordinators
  • Helping create a stimulating and well-organized learning environment
  • Engaging with students to encourage self-regulation and emotional growth
  • Participating in team planning, parent-teacher conferences, and co-curricular programs
  • Supervising students during Before and After-School Care (ASC) and recess/lunch duties
  • Occasionally stepping in to cover classrooms or assist with school-wide events
