PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - TEMPORARY

At Osborne, we are seeking a Temporary Payroll Administrator to join our client’s team for approximately 6 months with a possibility to be extended. The ideal candidate will have experience with weekly and monthly payroll processing, familiarity with the Megapay and SAP system, and a solid understanding of the Irish payroll system.
Job Type: 6 Month Temporary Contract
Salary: €35,256 (pro rata)
Hybrid: Work from home available after training
Location: Dublin 6

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in payroll administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • IPASS Qualification (or working towards it)
  • Proficiency with the Megapay/SAP system is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of the Irish payroll system and regulations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process high volume fortnightly payroll.
  • Calculation of timesheets and information as required.
  • Ensure Payroll Department has the tools / applications and equipment to carry out their work successfully.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the payroll officer to support monthly payroll tasks.
