APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR THE PERMANENT POSITION OF GRADE V OFFICER – CREDITORS IN ST. VINCENT’S UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL.
Overview: Creditors Accounts within the Finance Department makes all payments to Suppliers of the Hospital for all goods and services received in accordance with the Prompt Payment of Accounts Act 1997. The post is part of the Creditors team, with specific responsibility for key reconciliations and analysis of expenditure for financial information and costing purposes. The post holder will provide cover for the Supervisor and Deputy Supervisor in their absence. The post holder will also have responsibility for specific areas within the Creditors Dept. such as Capital Projects, manual payments and key supplier reconciliations.
The position within the Creditors team is responsible for organising their workload to ensure deadlines are met in a busy Accounts Payable Office.
