Purpose of the role: The role of the Grade VIII Officer Programme Manager Lean Transformation is to lead and manage the Lean Transformation programme across St James’s Hospital, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and sustainable service improvement. The Programme Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of Lean Transformation projects, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
