Join us as a Grader Operator in the Canterbury Region! We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Grader Operator to join our Christchurch construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating specialist machinery related to civil and roading works, to help deliver work for our customers safely, on time and to the highest quality standard. In addition to the above you will: Operate the grader with skill and precision across our pavement construction projects. Interpret plans and specifications to deliver exceptional results. Complete machinery checks as and when required. Monitor plant maintenance, keeping timely and well organised records. We’re looking for someone with: Extensive experience operating Graders A Class 2 Licence (Class 4 advantageous) WTR Endorsements Proficient with Trimble machine control. A Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the civil construction industry or similar. Flexibility to perform various daily tasks and grow with the team.
