• Perform day-to-day layout and grade work based on project design
• Mark and label survey points; measure and record field data accurately
• Complete topographic pickups, layout checks, and troubleshooting
• Record and review grade shots, control lines, sketches, and calculations
• Keep clear and up-to-date as-built drawings
• Work closely with the Supervisors, Superintendent, subcontractors, and consultants
• Help with quality control checks and inspections
• Support the team with pipe alignment, slope checks, trench bases, and more
• Use GPS, lasers, and other survey tools to support underground utility construction
