GRADUATE ACADEMIC MENTOR ROLE:

• Earn up to £550 per week
• Full-time, long-term Graduate Academic Mentor role
• Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support in English, Maths, and Science
• Work closely with teachers to deliver intervention strategies
• Support students with varying academic abilities, including those with SEN or EAL
• Assist with planning and delivering engaging and accessible learning content
• Encourage positive learning habits and behaviour in the classroom
• Track student progress and adapt approaches as needed
