About the Graduate Academy The Pipeline Gurus Graduate Academy is a structured entry program designed to develop graduates into professional B2B sales specialists. This is not a traditional internship. Participants work on real client accounts while receiving hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback to build practical enterprise sales skills. Successful candidates will develop the foundation required to transition into Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Business Development roles.
