As a Graduate Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with our existing partners and energy suppliers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with our clients, helping them resolve queries and complete projects.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong rapport.
  • A Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools.

  • Gather and analyse data to create comprehensive reports for clients, providing valuable insights.
  • Advise existing clients on new energy services, tailoring solutions to their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to develop innovative strategies to optimise client satisfaction.
  • Help coordinate and manage key account relationships.
