Description
Working closely with experienced colleagues, you'll gain insight into growing market share, engaging clinical and economic stakeholders, and managing both capital and disposable product sales. Market & Strategic Support: Gather market insights (competitors, reimbursement, stakeholder mapping) and support regional planning. Account Management: Assist in developing account plans, support Tier 1 accounts, and gradually manage Tier 2/3 accounts independently. Help build and maintain the sales pipeline. Stakeholder Engagement: Shadow senior staff to build relationships with urologists, OR teams, and hospital decision-makers; learn to present health-economic arguments. Sales Execution: Identify opportunities from clinical activities and support tender preparation and negotiations. Collaboration & Reporting: Work with clinical teams to understand evidence, and use reporting tools to track performance. Profile Recent graduate (2025/26) in business, life sciences, engineering, or similar. Strong interest in medical devices/healthcare; urology exposure is a plus. Knowledge of or willingness to learn German healthcare, procurement, and tender processes. Fluent German (C1/C2) and English (B2). Valid driving license obligatory, willing to travel extensively (up to ~80%). Motivation to support clinicians in the OR and learn procedural/product expertise.
