Responsibilities
  • Transactional accounting: Bank reconciliations, month-end balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany transaction processing (Transfer pricing invoices, journal entry posting) and GST/VAT report preparation for Australian and overseas entities.
  • Ledger ownership including analysis of general ledger accounts, and preparation of financial reports.
  • Responding to ad-hoc audit requests and enquiries related to ledgers owned.
  • Provide support in cash flow management, including preparation and maintenance of cash flow dashboards, coordination of funding activities, and daily liquidity monitoring.
  • Assist in transactional banking operations, including intercompany settlements, cash sweeps, and ensuring efficient cash positioning across the group
  • Deliver accurate cost reporting and analysis, identifying trends and providing insights to support budget management and strategic planning
  • Contribute to the management reporting process by preparing and analysing financial data, creating slides for the Board Report during reporting periods, and producing accurate, timely financial reports and statements that support strategic business decision-making.
  • Creation and maintenance of process notes related to specific accounting process.
    Salary - $70,000 - $80,000 AUD
