The position works closely with the Head of Product Support to ensure timely issue resolution and improved uptime.   Key Responsibilities   Customer Call Monitoring   Track and analyze open customer complaints/calls Monitor ageing, critical cases, and follow up for closure   Dealer Coordination   Connect with dealerships to obtain latest status of open calls Identify delays and ensure timely updates and actions   War Room Updates   Consolidate and present daily call status in war room Highlight: Critical & ageing cases Repeat failures Issues needing stakeholder action   Parts Coordination   Follow up with parts team for availability & dispatch status Ensure no delays due to parts shortage   Warranty Analysis   Analyze warranty failure data & trends Prepare reports on: Repeat failures Component issues   Goodwill Tracking   Monitor goodwill approval status at HO Follow up for approval & system regularization   Reporting   Share daily/weekly reports on: Open calls & ageing Warranty failures Goodwill status   Stakeholder Collaboration   Work closely with Head of Product Support Coordinate with service, parts, warranty, and dealer teams   Eligibility   B.E. / B.
