Job Position Graduate Associate Program 2026 Job Responsibilities The Graduate Associate Program 2026 is designed for high-potential graduates to accelerate their growth through structured development, mentorship, and hands-on project involvement across core business areas—helping you build a strong foundation to become a future leader at GULF As a Graduate Associate, you will: Deliver project-based assignments aligned to business priorities (analysis, coordination, execution support) with measurable outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support initiatives across energy/infrastructure/digital business streams. Participate in structured learning activities such as workshops, orientation sessions, job shadowing, and mentoring check-ins. Build business acumen by learning how GULF operates and how teams work together to deliver strategic outcomes. Demonstrate leadership potential through ownership, initiative, continuous improvement mindset, and strong stakeholder management. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields Receiving academic awards, honors or scholarship would be an advantage Having Interpersonal relationship and good analytical skills, and dynamic mindset Extracurricular activities or Internship program with a leading company is required Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
