Job Description Automation & Workflow Development Support the design, build, and maintenance of Power Automate workflows following defined governance and quality standards Implement logic such as conditions, approvals, notifications, and exception handling Assist in troubleshooting, optimizing, and improving existing automations Data & Platform Support Create and manage SharePoint lists and libraries, including metadata, views, and permissions Support data validation, structure consistency, and lifecycle management Assist in documentation and approval workflows Application & Interface Support Contribute to simple Power Apps (Canvas Apps) development under guidance Apply form logic, validation rules, and user guidance to improve usability Ensure consistency with agreed UI and data standards Testing, Documentation & Continuous Improvement Support testing activities (UAT, regression testing) and issue resolution Document automation logic, assumptions, and changes clearly Actively suggests improvements to processes, performance, and user experience Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Engineering Software Engineering Information Systems Computer Science Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering (with programming exposure) Fresh graduate or up to 1–2 years of experience Prior exposure to Power Platform, automation, or workflow tools is a plus, but not mandatory Technical Skills (Foundational Level Expected) Basic programming concepts (logic, conditions, variables) Understanding of structured data (tables, fields, relationships) Comfortable working with Excel and structured datasets Basic awareness of JSON and cloud-based systems is an advantage Growth Mindset & Personal Attributes (Core to This Role) Additional Information We are specifically looking for someone who: Demonstrates curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and concepts Seeks feedback and applies it constructively Is comfortable starting with guidance and progressively taking ownership Thinks analytically and enjoys improving inefficient or manual processes Pay attention to detail and value quality and governance Shows resilience when troubleshooting and solving problems Technical skills can be taught — mindset and attitude cannot.
