Adecco are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Graduate Business Analyst to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or someone looking to start their career in a business-focused analytical role. You'll gain hands-on experience working with data, investigating issues, identifying trends, supporting customers, and helping deliver operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse data and invoices to identify discrepancies, trends, and savings opportunities.
  • Investigate and resolve customer and retailer queries.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure high levels of data quality.
  • Produce reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Support customer onboarding and business improvement projects.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent customer outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
