GRADUATE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – METAL RECYCLING INDUSTRY

Location: Field-based (4 days on the road) | Site location: Redditch
Salary: Up to £30,000 + Bi-Annual Bonus + Company Car + Phone + Laptop

If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading metal recycling businesses as a Graduate Business Development Executive.

REQUIREMENTS

We’re not necessarily expecting years of experience – this role is about attitude, drive and ambition.
· Ideally, you’ll bring some sales or customer-facing experience
· You must be a go-getter – proactive, resilient and confident in working independently
· A strong communicator with a natural ability to build rapport
· Full UK driving licence required (company car provided)

Working closely with an experienced and supportive team, you’ll be out on the road four days a week within your assigned geographical area, meeting clients and buying non-ferrous metals from a variety of sources. From independent traders to industrial businesses, you’ll be the face of the company, identifying new buying opportunities and building long-term relationships.
You’ll be based at the Redditch site one day a week, collaborating with the wider team and gaining invaluable industry knowledge.
