Youtap works directly with customers and through strategic partners to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade technology solutions. We are seeking a Graduate Business Development Executive who is hungry, resilient, and serious about building a career in technology and fintech. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working closely with the CEO, senior management team, Youtap sales personnel, and partners to drive pipeline growth, market intelligence, and commercial outcomes across global markets. Must be a New Zealand Resident or hold a New Zealand Working Visa. Work directly with the CEO and senior management team on business development initiatives for Youtap and its partners Support and collaborate with Youtap sales personnel to generate, qualify, and progress leads Engage with and support channel partners, resellers, and strategic partners Conduct structured market, industry, customer, and competitor research using all available tools, including AI-based research tools, CRM data, public sources, social platforms, and internal systems Identify, research, and target new prospects across multiple industries and geographies Execute outbound prospecting using all channels: cold calling, email, LinkedIn, social media, messaging platforms, events, and partner networks Maintain high-volume outbound activity with persistence and discipline Qualify prospects and book meetings for sales leadership and senior management Communicate clearly and confidently with prospects, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders Maintain, update, and manage the company’s Sales CRM with accuracy, structure, and discipline Provide regular activity reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence insights Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials where required Skills & Experience Recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in business development and technology Exposure to the technology industry, software, SaaS, fintech, or digital platforms through study, internships, or work experience is a big plus. Strong capability in conducting research using modern tools, including AI-driven research platforms, online databases, social media, and market intelligence sources Strong English written and verbal communication skills (mandatory) Confident phone manner with the ability to engage and influence prospects professionally Comfortable with cold calling, rejection, and sustained outbound activity Strong-willed, resilient, and tough-skinned, with the ability to handle knockbacks Ability to think on your feet and respond intelligently in live conversations Highly organised, disciplined, and comfortable working with Sales CRM systems Comfortable working flexible hours across time zones, as most customers and prospects are outside New Zealand Willingness to travel occasionally to support customers, partners, or events Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn directly from senior leaders We will discuss at the interview.
