What you'll be doing; As a Graduate Business Manager, you'll develop essential skills across Veolia's commercial operations while building foundational knowledge in waste management and business practices at various operational sites. Collaborate on delivering cost-effective, profitable solutions by supporting innovative approaches and implementing positive changes that benefit our customers Develop skills in analysing and presenting clear, accurate business performance data and reports to support decision-making Build understanding of local market dynamics, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities while working collaboratively across different teams Gain hands-on experience implementing efficiency improvements through digital solutions, optimising asset utilisation, and effective cost management Champion safety protocols and employee well-being initiatives across all operational activities Learn how to identify top talent for the future, drive employee engagement by championing inclusivity in the workplace and promote development opportunities What we're looking for; Degree-level qualification in Business Management or Environmental subject (to be achieved by September 2026) Willingness to travel to training locations and potentially (if in a rotational role) relocate for role requirements Commitment to continuous learning and development Full UK Driving licence High level of written and verbal communication skills and confidence in the delivery of presentations. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful and successful relationships Good analytical and organisational & project management skills Good knowledge of Google/Microsoft products What's next?
