Qualifications Graduate Attributes: We’re seeking graduates with strong communication and teamwork skills, a proactive and adaptable mindset, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity. Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering or any related discipline. Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program. Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2027.
