To be considered, you must have completed (or be about to complete) a Bachelor of Civil Engineering. We’re looking for graduates who are:

• Proactive, curious, and keen to learn.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
• Strong in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Confident communicators, both written and verbal.

As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you’ll support the delivery of safe, sustainable, and commercially viable engineering solutions across Queensland Rail’s regional network. You will:

• Assist in planning, design, and documentation for civil engineering projects.
• Contribute to the design and management of infrastructure and safety-related initiatives.
• Identify and recommend improvements, innovations, or emerging technologies that enhance performance and safety across the network.
