As a Graduate Civil Engineer at WSP, you will join one of the world’s leading engineering professional services consultancies, supporting key infrastructure and property projects across the UAE. This role is designed specifically for Emirati graduates , offering structured development, mentorship, and hands-on project exposure.

You will work in one of the following focus areas:

  • Property & Buildings – Structures/Architecture/Design
  • Transport Planning & Mobility – Roads, Highways, Stakeholder Engagement
  • Assist in developing technical designs, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams across various stages of project life cycles.
  • Support project documentation and ensure quality and compliance with UAE codes and standards.
  • Learn and apply digital engineering tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, etc.).
  • Attend client and stakeholder meetings, supporting the preparation of technical deliverables.
  • Actively contribute to team discussions, problem-solving, and creative design thinking.
  • UAE National (Emirati) with valid Emirates ID & Family Book.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or Transport Engineering.
  • Strong interest in one or more of the following:
  • Building Design & Architecture
  • Structural Analysis
  • Road/Highway Engineering
  • Urban Mobility and Transport Planning
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or similar is a plus.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
