OVERVIEW

We are seeking ambitious graduates who are self-motivated, possess strong business acumen, demonstrate a solid work ethic, and exhibit a keen sense of commercial awareness. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop within their role, advance within the company, and achieve substantial earning potential. First year basic salary of £26k with the potential of a 10% performance based bonus with a clear and defined progression plan to Senior Account Manager where OTEs go well in excess of £150k per year!
This role is focused on outbound sales, where your primary responsibility will be contacting potential clients. The data you’ll work with includes a mix of previously engaged clients, clients we’ve quoted, and entirely new businesses we have yet to approach.
We are seeking candidates with a natural flair for sales, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to exceeding KPIs. You must have the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone, generating new business leads for B2B clients. As many of your calls will be cold outreach to businesses that are not expecting your call, it’s essential to be skilled at initiating conversations, sparking interest, and progressing leads through the sales pipeline.
This role involves extensive time on the phone, so you should expect to spend the majority of your day reaching out to the right decision-makers to discuss our financial solutions. Once qualified, leads will be handed over to senior team members to convert into revenue.

Responsibilities

DUTIES

  • Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outbound efforts, including phone calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email communication.
  • Accurately record all outbound activity and lead details in our CRM, ensuring the information is clear, precise, and up to date.
  • Qualify generated leads by thoroughly understanding the client’s needs and requirements, assessing whether our solutions align with their needs.
  • Collect financial information from prospective clients and prepare detailed proposal documents within the CRM when requested by senior team members.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPI targets.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of our finance products and refine your ability to identify high-potential ("Crown") customers.
  • Adhere to FCA compliance standards, ensuring all products are represented and sold accurately and ethically.
