Were seeking a motivated and dedicated Graduate Cultural Heritage Consultant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Indigenous and non-Indigenous heritage projects, develop technical and research expertise, and work closely with communities, clients, and industry professionals.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Assist in managing projects in line with NGHs management systems
  • Conduct research and contribute to cultural heritage assessments
  • Support preparation of technical reports and management documents
  • Participate in site inspections, surveys, salvage, and excavations
  • Undertake Aboriginal community consultation activities
  • Assist in the analysis and interpretation of cultural finds
  • Work through your Graduate Learning Program Development Plan (GLDP) with your supervisor
  • Apply newly learned skills in your daily work and share knowledge with your peers
  • Uphold NGH values by following company policies, including WHS and QA procedures
