Your graduate customer sales support engineer role is an exciting one. Here’s what you will be doing;-

• Meet your customers – understand the project and the site you are working on – help the company deliver on your promise
• Work with the operations and sales teams on post-sales technical support and installations
• Becoming a technical expert in the companies proprietary technologies and providing technical support to customers
• Preparing and presenting training materials to third parties
• Mentoring and assessing an installer’s ability to successfully install the technologies at plant level and troubleshoot.
