JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Customer Success Manager to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates eager to start a career in customer success and account management. You will support client projects, and contribute to achieving customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Have a recognised 3rd level qualification in a related field.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • EIDA experience is preferable.
  • MS Office Experience.
  • Full clean drivers license.
  • Professional, positive, proactive, quality-focused attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Valid work permit to work in Ireland (if required).
  • 2 days onsite required during onboarding.
