What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff) Onboarding & Education: Guiding new customers through their Figured journey, ensuring a smooth and successful start. Problem-Solving: Working closely with our Support and Product teams to efficiently resolve customer challenges and escalate key insights. Driving Value: Identifying opportunities for customers to better use Figured, leading to higher engagement and renewal. Becoming a Product Expert: Quickly mastering the Figured platform and the farming industry it serves. While no prior work experience is required, we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a sharp mind, a drive to succeed, and a passion for technology and customer service. You must have graduated within the last 18 months. You hold a degree in a field relevant to Figured’s business, which could include: Accounting & Finance Business & Commerce Computer Science or Information Technology Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related fields Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you’re a natural at building relationships. A resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving. A genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn about the Ag-Tech sector.
