Are you a recent graduate with a passion for product design, engineering, and modern manufacturing? Looking to launch your career in a hands-on role where design meets production and digital systems?
We’re offering a fantastic opportunity for a driven and proactive graduate to join our team as a Graduate Product Engineer. This role sits at the exciting intersection of product development and ERP/database systems, giving you exposure to real-world manufacturing challenges while you help bring innovative furniture products from concept to reality.

EDUCATION & SKILLS:

  • A degree (or final-year student) in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design/Engineering, or similar.
  • Experience or familiarity with 2D/3D CAD tools (e.g. Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Vault).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • An interest in manufacturing, product development, and database systems.
  • Understanding of Lean principles and modern manufacturing techniques.

You’ll work closely with our experienced engineers, designers, and operational teams, as well as external design partners and clients, to:

  • Support the delivery of innovative, design-led furniture products.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining detailed engineering and manufacturing drawings.
  • Learn to build and manage ERP database content using Winman (training provided).
  • Help oversee the full lifecycle of product development—from prototype to production.
  • Generate CNC drawings and programmes for joinery and upholstery processes.
  • Develop technical specs, SOPs, and product/packaging quality standards.
  • Contribute to lean manufacturing improvements that boost efficiency and profitability
