Job Description Overview The Graduate Development Program is a 24-month, highly selective journey designed for ambitious Saudi graduates ready to learn, explore, and make a real impact from day one. The program provides rotational exposure across key business functions, combining hands-on experience, mentorship, international exposure, and structured learning to build strong business foundations. The program is built to accelerate growth, challenge perspectives, and provide a well rounded understanding of the organization, including opportunities for international exposure. Selection criteria will assess successful candidates through a multi stage assessment process designed to identify top talent with the potential to grow into future leaders. Focus: Systems Engineering, Scalability, and Process Optimization The Track Overview The Operational Excellence track is designed for candidates with a strong analytical foundation who are passionate about the mechanics of a large-scale enterprise. This path focuses on the "Science of Delivery"—integrating advanced logistics, automated shared services, and lean methodologies to create a world-class value chain. Learning Objective To cultivate expertise in end-to-end supply chain management and operational strategy, enabling the design and execution of scalable, technology-driven business solutions. Core Pillars of Specialization Logistics & Algorithm Optimization: Enhancing order assignment logic and fleet efficiency to meet stringent Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Transformation & Automation: Leading the adoption of technology to streamline shared services and reduce operational overhead. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement: Utilizing data analytics to identify root causes and implement sustainable process enhancements. Qualifications Bachelor’s graduates (Class of 2023 and later) GPA 3.5 / 4.0 or above Fluent in English Backgrounds in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, IT / MIS, Marketing, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Additional Information Program Outcomes Upon successful completion of the GDP, graduates will have: Developed a holistic business acumen through rotational immersion. Demonstrated ownership and accountability in high-stakes projects. Built readiness for leadership roles within their specialized tracks.
