Minimum required Certification: N/A Job title: One sentence description of role Your role: •Job Responsibilities: • Rotates through different departments or functions within the organization to gain exposure to various roles and responsibilities and to gain an understanding of the business operations, products, and services, working under general supervision. • Participates in orientation programs and onboarding activities to ensure immersion into organization's culture, policies, and procedures and deeply understand its mission and values to seamlessly integrate into the workplace. • Learns and develops new technical or functional skills, industry knowledge, and professional competencies by attending workshops, training sessions, and professional development courses, actively contributes to development of innovative solutions and seeks out advanced learning opportunities to address knowledge gaps. • Supports in managing a program or project across business, region, functions by coordinating all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and scoping to execution, monitoring, and closure and facilitates effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders, to ensure project objectives are met. • Conducts a thorough assessment of project/role expectations, aligning individual ambitions with organizational priorities, sets measurable milestones accordingly throughout the duration of the traineeship after communicating with (project) manager/mentor and other relevant stakeholders, seeks and provides regular feedback to enhance personal and project team performance. • Conducts research by gathering and synthesizing data from multiple sources, analyzes data to identify key issues and trends and creates detailed reports and presentations to summarize findings and provide actionable insights for ongoing projects and initiatives. • Presents ideas, suggestions, and perspectives to ongoing projects and initiatives, leveraging unique perspective and theoretical insights and experience as a recent graduate and utilizes analytical skills and/or tools to effectively address and resolve low or medium complexity requests efficiently. • Identifies areas for process improvement by conducting comprehensive assessments of current workflows, performance metrics, and operational efficiencies and supports in developing new supporting sub-processes and improving existing processes, leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions. • Engages actively in meetings, trainings and networking events to drive strategic collaboration and knowledge sharing with colleagues, supervisors, project leaders, and industry experts at a cross-functional level. • Exhibits a proactive and strategic approach to learning and development by eagerly engaging in complex tasks and high impact challenges and demonstrating the ability to quickly adapt to diverse team environments and multifaceted responsibilities.
